What you will do

• Design solutions that align with Group Architecture guidelines.
• Develop solutions that meet business needs while considering constraints, dependencies, and risks.
• Recommend corrective measures to ensure robust, future-proof architecture.
• Work with suppliers and development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the renewal of card systems across the Nordic countries.

Requirements

• Solid background in integration, microservices, and micro-applications.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (preferably SAFe).
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with IBM Mainframe and legacy systems.
• Strong leadership, delivery orientation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as an architect on large-scale projects within international organizations.
• Proven skills in analyzing existing solutions, designing integrations, and managing dependencies.
• Proven experience working on banking projects.

Nice to have

• Business domain knowledge in Card Management Systems, Transaction and Payments Processing, Transaction Monitoring, Card and ATM Networks, Data Management, Security, GDPR, and PCI compliance.
