What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements for banking products and services.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define business needs.
- Analyze current processes and propose improvements aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Support UAT planning and execution.
- Maintain traceability of requirements and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN modeling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX formats, ISO 20022, SEPA, and payment systems.
- Experience with Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement systems.
- Knowledge of PSD2 and other banking regulations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe.
