What you will do

• Develop and modernize the data analytics platform in a cross-functional team.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for building software products to improve schools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and analytics needs.
• Shape the team's ways of working internally and with surrounding teams.
• Learn from and coach colleagues in an agile development environment.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Solid experience with database management, data modeling, and data structures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (or similar), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data analytics platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power BI).
• Knowledge of OLAP cubes and multidimensional data modeling.
• Experience with Azure platform and its data services.
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Specialized knowledge in containers, test automation, microservices, or software security.
