• Define test strategy, approach, means, planning, and quality acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate day-to-day testing activities, prioritize test executions, and review defects.
• Monitor and control test case design and execution, and user story testing status.
• Track pre-release bugs, prioritize, and verify fixes.
• Monitor and control automation test cycles execution and analysis.
• Mentor the testing team and distribute tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to abstract complex solutions and provide clear direction to the team.
• Balance QA activities across the team.
• Willingness to dig into content and maintain a global view of the product.
• Excellent discipline in defining and following test strategies.
• Mastering of testing tools such as Atlassian Zephyr, Jira, Postman, etc.
