What you will do
- Manage, coordinate, and execute the end-to-end customer feedback process for Copilot AI experiences.
- Champion product quality by reviewing customer feedback, providing deep analysis, and improving processes.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders.
- Leverage data and insights to define key success metrics and influence product roadmaps.
- Apply technical expertise to understand product and system architecture, shape solutions, and drive high-impact improvements.
- Design repeatable processes and frameworks that scale with product complexity and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Must be local to the San Francisco area and work in office 3 days a week. From January 26, 2026, expected to work in office 4 days a week if living within 50 miles of a Microsoft office.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Passion for deeply aligning with customer engagement and feedback.
- Ability to manage timelines and schedules of mission-critical launches.
- Savvy with data and deriving insights from customer feedback, and triaging issues until fully resolved.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
