Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.

What you will do
- Manage a team of designers, supporting their professional growth and helping them to deliver experiences.
- Ship AI-powered experiences that delight consumers with an emphasis on craft, quality, trust, and user and societal impact.
- Own the user experience for the product areas your team supports.
- Collaborate with other product leaders to manage the product development process.
- Establish and maintain mechanisms to share design work to gather feedback.
- Partner with product teams to define goals and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 6+ years (Master’s) or 8+ years (Bachelor’s) experience in product or service design.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience designing consumer products from vision through launch.
Nice to have
- 8+ years (Master’s) or 12+ years (Bachelor’s) experience in product or service design.
- Experience prompting LLMs and working with generative AI.
- Engineering experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
