• Ship high-quality experiences to global users in collaboration with iOS/Android engineers and Product/Design partners.
• Elevate engineering standards through strategic technical investments and improved code quality.
• Contribute to iOS and Android codebases to expand your technical breadth.
• Improve the team by providing feedback in code/design reviews and mentoring others.
• Leverage the latest practices and tooling to accelerate hirify.global’s Mobile teams.
• Own and contribute to Areas of Responsibility (AoRs).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing, releasing, and maintaining high-quality APIs, ideally using Typescript or Scala.
• Put users first by creating exceptional experiences for both API clients and end users.
• Advocate for leaving code better than you found it.
• Good judgment for balancing scrappiness and long-term code maintainability.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
