What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 SREs, acting as a player-coach.
- Drive innovation in automation and implement advanced monitoring to mitigate risks.
- Align SRE goals with senior leadership's business objectives and client needs.
- Engage in SRE planning and execution, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive site reliability strategy for high availability and performance.
- Evolve incident management, oversee root cause analyses, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
- At least 2 years of experience managing an SRE team.
- Deep expertise in large-scale system architecture, including cloud services and enterprise deployments.
- Experience with AWS, Cloudwatch, and DataDog is required.
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of automation scripting, infrastructure as code, and cloud orchestration tools.
- Proven experience in people management, including scheduling and professional development.
- English: B2 required.
