Location: 100% remote. Candidates must be based in Canada or LATAM and align with the EST Time Zone.

Salary: $55,000–$105,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 SREs, acting as a player-coach.
• Drive innovation in automation and implement advanced monitoring to mitigate risks.
• Align SRE goals with senior leadership's business objectives and client needs.
• Engage in SRE planning and execution, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive site reliability strategy for high availability and performance.
• Evolve incident management, oversee root cause analyses, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• At least 2 years of experience managing an SRE team.
• Deep expertise in large-scale system architecture, including cloud services and enterprise deployments.
• Experience with AWS, Cloudwatch, and DataDog is required.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of automation scripting, infrastructure as code, and cloud orchestration tools.
• Proven experience in people management, including scheduling and professional development.
• English: B2 required.
