What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and handle inbound leads quickly to generate a strong pipeline.
  • Determine budget, authority, need, and timing for potential clients, translating their pain points into urgency.
  • Run tight 30–60 day sales cycles, create mutual action plans, and collaborate with delivery teams efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean CRM, forecast accurately, and document competitive information and decision criteria.
  • Close deals with new SMB/founder clients and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team.

Requirements

  • App development services sales experience is a must-have.
  • 2–6+ years of experience closing app development projects (agency, consultancy, or no-code/low-code builds).
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar).
  • Comfortable selling directly to founders and SMB executives with short hierarchies.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Bubble or Flutterflow projects specifically.
  • Track record closing $25K–$150K project deals on 30–60 day cycles.
