TL;DR

High Ticket Sales Closer (EdTech): Guiding qualified leads into making confident decisions to enroll in the Vibe Code MBA program, focusing on understanding the vision and eliminating doubts. Focus on optimizing messaging and funnel performance while hitting monthly revenue targets.

Location: Must work U.S. hours reliably and be based in the USA

Salary: $10k–$25k+/month (commission-only)

What you will do

  • Handle inbound booked calls and warm leads from webinars, email campaigns, ads, and internal referrals.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their goals, and determine program fit.
  • Run structured sales calls that lead into a confident, natural close.
  • Follow up with qualified leads who need nurturing or additional clarity.
  • Maintain accurate notes inside our CRM (Go High Level).
  • Work closely with our CEO and setters to optimize messaging and funnel performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing $3k–$10k+ high-ticket offers (education, coaching, agency, SaaS, or consulting).
  • Strong understanding of emotional intelligence, objection handling, and value-based selling.
  • Familiarity with no-code development or tech (FlutterFlow/Bubble is a bonus but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and concise.
  • Self-motivated: able to manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours reliably.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into entrepreneurship, online education, or software development niches.
  • Familiarity with webinar funnels and automated marketing systems.
  • Prior experience as a closer in a coaching program or accelerator.
  • Understanding of product-led growth, SaaS fundamentals, or app development lifecycle.
  • Ability to record Looms or personalized follow-up videos to increase conversions.
