What you will do

• Develop and own hirify.global’s Spain and Italy prospecting motions.
• Proactively engage prospects to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, phone calls, and social selling.
• Research and identify high-potential companies across Spain and Italy.
• Skillfully assess and qualify accounts, understanding prospects’ pain points and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to localize campaigns and messaging for Spanish and Italian audiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Prior experience in or knowledge of selling into the Spanish market.
• Possession of a growth mindset, hunter mentality, and a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• High energy, self-starter mentality.
• Goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for exceeding targets.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian.
• Experience selling into the Italian market.
