What you will do
- Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.
- Submit weekly performance reports to the Leadership Team.
- Conduct ongoing demo reviews and lead training sessions for Account Executives.
- Hire and train new Account Executives.
- Assist with sales operations and ensure CRM activities are up to date.
- Work with the project management team on new packages and upsells.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong negotiation skills.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Wishpond's outbound sales process.
- Must be very detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping others.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be technical, analytical, and able to manage complex projects seamlessly.
- Strong organizational, time management, writing, phone, and general communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
