TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading a team of Account Executives to drive high-velocity sales and meet revenue targets with an accent on team nurturing, continuous development, and maintaining closing rates. Focus on organizing sales documents, quarterly planning, and reviewing demos/calls consistently.

Location: Fully remote within Canada. Expected to work in the Pacific Time Zone.

What you will do

  • Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.
  • Submit weekly performance reports to the Leadership Team.
  • Conduct ongoing demo reviews and lead training sessions for Account Executives.
  • Hire and train new Account Executives.
  • Assist with sales operations and ensure CRM activities are up to date.
  • Work with the project management team on new packages and upsells.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong negotiation skills.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Wishpond's outbound sales process.
  • Must be very detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping others.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be technical, analytical, and able to manage complex projects seamlessly.
  • Strong organizational, time management, writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
