TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist (Paid Social & Programmatic): Owns and optimizes Paid Social and digital media campaigns, managing hands-on execution of Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta) and YouTube campaigns. Focus on creative testing, audience strategies, and cross-channel activation to support measurable growth across the marketing funnel.

Location: Must be based in our New York City Office

Salary: $109,000.00 to $119,900.00 per year

What you will do

  • Plan, set up, and launch Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Manage ongoing campaign optimization to improve efficiency, hit performance targets, and scale high-impact tactics, ensuring best practices and precision in execution.
  • Execute structured tests, including creative tests, landing page variations, audience refinements, bidding strategies, and placement experiments to drive channel efficiency.
  • Build and update weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate messaging, objectives, and deliverables to internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on execution in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn) and YouTube advertising.
  • Experience building, launching and optimizing ad campaigns with clear performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, pixel tagging and platform best practices across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams and/or external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
