Location: Fully Remote (US East Coast preferred)

Salary: $77,040–$146,640 (Additional ranges for CA, NYC, WA, DC)

What you will do

• Partner with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver education programs on AI and emerging technologies.
• Plan and execute events and activities that foster learning and adoption across the CIO organization.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for related projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology enablement or learning initiatives.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated success in program design, training delivery, and change management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• East coast US candidates are preferred.

• Knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and business metrics to extract key insights.
