What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SIS integration workstreams.
  • Manage Post-Trade Client onboarding and integration activities.
  • Perform business analysis to define scalable solutions to business problems.
  • Coordinate technical and business teams for cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee and support quality assurance, testing, and monitoring activities.
  • Track and report on project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or systems integration projects in a financial services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Experience working with operations functions (data processing, programming, tabulation).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
