What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers.
• Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce ROI and provide insights.
• Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic account growth.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts like Business Intelligence and Product Management.
• Manage the implementation process, ensuring timely delivery within client expectations.
• Work with clients and agencies to manage the Regulatory review submission process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management.
• Strong written/verbal communication and excellent relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC).
• Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition.
• Deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and project management platforms (JIRA or Asana).
