What you will do

• Participate in developing long-term projects that help companies improve their performance with the world’s largest commercial database.
• Work on corporate compliance applications that collect and process vast amounts of data.
• Implement new functionalities, prepare UI/UX redesign, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to build RESTful APIs using Ruby 3.2 / Rails 7.
• Follow Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby, or in-depth knowledge of other programming languages with an interest in Ruby engineering.
• Good command of JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of different databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Ability to understand business cases and break down complex problems.
• Strong skills in understanding, maintaining, and improving large-scale systems with a focus on the business domain.
• Fluent in English.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Serbia.
