Location: Hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site in Germany, Munich

What you will do

  • Contribute to the design, simulation, and verification of digital and/or analog circuits.
  • Ensure robust circuit implementation and integration.
  • Assist in schematic entry, timing analysis, and optimization for power, performance, and area.
  • Conduct an experimental investigation into the self-heating effect in semiconductor devices.
  • Compare different characterization methods for analyzing the self-heating effect in advanced FinFET technologies.
  • Prepare methods for Gate All Around technologies.

Requirements

  • Master's student in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Background in semiconductor devices and/or circuit design.
  • Experience with electrical characterization techniques.
  • Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of thermal effects in semiconductor devices.
  • Familiarity with advanced transistor technologies (FinFET, Gate All Around FET).
  • Experience with AC-DC mixed methods or pulsed measurement techniques.
  • Understanding of circuit modeling and simulation.
