Salary: $165,000–$235,000 per year

What you will do

• Create processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations via web conferencing.
• Ensure your team effectively delivers qualified Proof-of-Concepts through remote product installations and customizations.
• Work closely with Sales Leaders to ensure AE Teams effectively collaborate with Corporate Sales Engineers.
• Handle escalations from team members or sales counterparts to ensure optimal prospect and customer experience.
• Demonstrate true leadership by enabling your team's success within the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of Management experience exhibiting ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a group.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems.
• Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
