What you will do
- Create processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations via web conferencing.
- Ensure your team effectively delivers qualified Proof-of-Concepts through remote product installations and customizations.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to ensure AE Teams effectively collaborate with Corporate Sales Engineers.
- Handle escalations from team members or sales counterparts to ensure optimal prospect and customer experience.
- Demonstrate true leadership by enabling your team's success within the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of Management experience exhibiting ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a group.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems.
- Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.
- Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
