What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end.
• Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management.
• Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings.
