Quantitative Business Analyst

TL;DR

Quantitative Business Analyst: Transferring data into business value for sales teams with an accent on actionable insights and automations. Focus on commercial data analysis, dashboarding, and proactively exploring data to uncover opportunities.

Location: This position is based in our HQ in Eindhoven (4-5x per week at the office) and requires being based within travel distance of the Eindhoven area.

Salary: €3,400–€4,400 gross per month

What you will do

• Transfer data into business value for the sales team.
• Create actionable insights and automations based on business understanding.
• Work on commercial data analysis, dashboarding, and automations.
• Proactively explore data to uncover opportunities and propose improvements.
• Translate complex analyses into clear insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects with an entrepreneurial approach and fast execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be based within travel distance of the Eindhoven area.
