TL;DR

Senior Staff Engineer (Java, Oracle Weblogic Server): Developing and designing overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements with an accent on technology integration scenarios. Focus on resolving issues during code/review and carrying out POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements.

What you will do

Write and review great quality code.
Understand client's business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into technical design.
Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
Review architecture and design on extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs.
Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
Resolve issues raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis.

Requirements

Total Experience 8+ years.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Oracle, Oracle WebLogic Server, and IBM WebSphere ESB.
Proficient in building microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
Strong working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Couchbase or MongoDB, and SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
Adherence to Agile best practices.
Experience with Splunk for logging and monitoring.
Exposure to NewRelic for application performance monitoring.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
