What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points, current processes, and desired outcomes.
• Showcase solutions through tailored demos and presentations that align with client needs.
• Configure and optimize workflows within the platform to demonstrate real-world use cases.
• Assist customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting to enhance automation.
• Guide enterprise customers on leveraging solutions to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
• Background in value-based selling methodologies.

• Experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Ability to automate business processes and understand complex technical architectures.
• A passion for scaling sales processes and driving customer-centric solutions.
