Buyer Development Manager (AdTech): Leading and growing strategic holding company relationships in the US, driving revenue growth and product adoption for an advertising supply-side platform with an accent on executing holding company strategies and acting as a consultative partner on marketplace quality and data activation. Focus on multi-threading relationships across programmatic leads and identifying new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships.

Location: Hybrid, New York, USA. Office attendance required Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $115,000–$145,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage relationships across one or more agency holding companies in the US.
  • Drive revenue growth and increased adoption of buyer-facing products.
  • Execute holding company and agency-level strategies through QBRs and activation plans.
  • Act as a consultative partner on SPO, marketplace quality, curation, and data activation.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Share buyer feedback and market insights internally to support Product and GTM priorities.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in digital media with strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven success in buyer-facing commercial or account management roles within ad tech.
  • Experience working with or within agency holding companies or large agency groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business and deliver against revenue and adoption goals.
  • Confidence presenting technical concepts and commercial recommendations to agency stakeholders.
  • Must be open to working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in New York.
