What you will do
- Provide first-line (Level I) support for 2000+ global end users, taking ownership of issues.
- Prioritize and resolve tickets using Google Workspace, Atlassian stack, Slack, Entra/Azure, and MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Meraki-based network issues for in-office users.
- Manage and track ICT inventory, including purchasing new equipment.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Research, diagnose, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Must be able to work in the office 3-4 days a week.
- Fluent English language (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
- Proven technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability in tech support.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, proxies, SSL, and LDAP.
- Basic knowledge of Apple operating systems, MacOS laptop troubleshooting, printers, IP phones, and meeting room equipment.
