What you will do

• Gain a strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising to explain how NuORDER helps customers.
• Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to understand customer goals and guide portal builds using their data.
• Analyze and refine customer data in Excel, assisting with data identification and resolution.
• Become a NuORDER expert and configure the optimal portal setup for each customer.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth and timely launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years in an analytical, customer service, or technology-related role.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• A genuine love for problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas are a bonus).
• Quick to learn and adapt to new software programs.
