What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between hirify.global’s core applications and external systems, such as Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM.
• Develop scalable data exchange solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and DevOps teams to define integration requirements and deployment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Monitor and optimize data synchronization performance, error handling, and logging.
• Ensure integration designs align with security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system or software integration, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with software integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, or middleware tools (Veeva software suite is a plus).
• Solid understanding of API-based architectures, data models, and authentication (OAuth2, SSO, etc.).
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python or .NET for API and automation tasks.
• Experience working with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines (GCP is a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical data systems.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GxP, or 21 CFR Part 11.
• Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday).
