What you will do
- Partner closely with business and leadership stakeholders to understand objectives and long-term priorities.
- Lead the design and development of robust data products such as standardized dashboards, metric layers, and analytical models.
- Define and document core metrics, KPIs, and data definitions to ensure consistency and trust across teams.
- Balance short-term business needs with a long-term analytics vision, reducing one-off analyses and technical debt.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve how data is consumed, governed, and operationalized.
Requirements
- Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with both standardized clean datasets and unstructured imperfect raw data.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, semantic layers and analytical products.
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills, including presenting trade-offs and recommendations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and pushing back constructively when needed.
