What you will do

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with scientific, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Plan and manage research IT projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of research systems, including RFPs, vendor assessments, and fit-gap analysis.
• Coordinate and support system implementation, ensuring accurate translation of requirements, successful testing (UAT), and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as a primary liaison between scientific users, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop documentation and support training and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years in pharmaceutical research.
• Experience with ELN, lab data analysis tools, IMS, or research databases.
• Familiarity with FAIR data principles and IT projects in drug discovery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
