What you will do
- Lead qualitative research to improve activation and conversion across the trial-to-paid journey.
- Conduct customer interviews using JTBD methodology to understand motivations and adoption patterns.
- Analyze conversion funnels and user cohorts in Amplitude to identify opportunities and friction points.
- Execute and manage in-app campaigns for product communications, handling setup, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging strategy and targeting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX research experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of influencing product decisions.
- Confident and empathetic communication styles, producing highly relevant insights from customer research across all global regions.
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms (Intercom, Braze, Customer.io, or similar).
- Comfortable independently analyzing funnels and cohorts in Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
- Proficiency with JTBD framework and behavioral segmentation.
- Strong written communication skills for customer-facing content.
