What you will do

• Define and communicate the AI product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.
• Translate business objectives into clear AI use cases, functional requirements, and KPIs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from discovery to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to refine requirements and validate model performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver value-driven AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including proven work as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data lifecycle, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience defining AI use cases and working with data science or engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI definition and product experimentation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• CV must be uploaded in English.
