What you will do

• Apply engineering expertise across all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements review to deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering excellence practices, including coding standards and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive the development of new backend features and system enhancements using .NET, databases, and Azure technologies.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in cloud-native development, security, and scalability on Azure.
• Act as a mentor and role model, enhancing the technical capabilities of the engineering team within a scrum environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, Microsoft .NET).
• Proven experience building REST APIs with .NET.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management, DevOps, Service Bus).
• Strong database expertise, including proficiency with SQL Server and understanding of data modeling, optimization, and migrations.
• Proficient understanding of design patterns and principles (OOP, GoF, SOLID) and software development practices such as TDD and BDD.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deep understanding of DevOps practices, with experience in Git and Agile/Scrum environments.
• English: C1+ fluency required for speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, Node.js).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices with distributed databases.
