What you will do

  • Identify and qualify high-potential accounts from open source usage and convert them into Enterprise opportunities.
  • Design and execute the growth strategy for hirify.global Cloud, from acquisition to activation and paid conversion.
  • Build and optimize funnels connecting product signals to commercial outcomes, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Own growth analytics across OSS, Cloud, and Enterprise, defining metrics, building dashboards, and prioritizing experiments.
  • Run acquisition and activation campaigns across various channels with a focus on CAC efficiency and conversion quality.
  • Continuously experiment, learn, and iterate to resolve activation and conversion frictions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS growth, ideally in an open source, developer-first, or infrastructure product.
  • Comfortable working with product usage data, segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Understanding of PLG and usage-based models and how they connect to Enterprise sales.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, define priorities, and execute without heavy process.
  • Clear communication with both technical and business teams, and enjoy cross-functional work.
  • Pragmatic, data-driven, and focused on outcomes.
