What you will do

• Provide status updates on sprints and project accomplishments to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with aligned project managers for effective delivery.
• Manage budget & schedule of assigned projects.
• Document, coordinate, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus.
• Facilitate and/or participate in Roadmap and Release planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.
• 2 years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with colleagues at all levels.
