System Administrator (System Engineering): Building and maintaining robust IT systems and network infrastructure with an accent on network security, routing, and IP services. Location: Full-time onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine. You must be based in Kyiv or be ready to relocate to Kyiv.

What you will do

• Build and maintain wired and wireless networks, configure routing, and ensure network security.
• Configure and manage network IP services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, etc.).
• Set up and manage network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, QoS, VLAN, STP).
• Configure and support network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, FortiNet) and video surveillance systems.
• Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and monitor network traffic.
• Provide user support via RDP/TeamViewer/Anydesk.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a network engineer or system administrator.
• Strong knowledge of wired/wireless network design, routing, and network security.
• Proficiency in IP services and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, QoS, VLAN, STP).
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, FortiNet equipment.
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, cloud network resources (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux, and Windows OS.
• Practical experience with Active Directory (AD/AAD), Office 365, Intune, GPO, NPS, CA, and monitoring tools.
• English language level B1 or higher.
