What you will do

  • Consult customers on their growth journey and discover optimization levers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base by serving as the connecting element between customers and the hirify.global team.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with our product team.
  • Onboard new customers into the hirify.global software and processes together with our Onboarding team.
  • Join our pan-European account management team, and help deepen our customer relationships with some of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands across Europe.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hunger for personal development and a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical and empathetic abilities to leverage in your communication towards customers.
  • You love the responsibility of being the face of hirify.global towards our customers.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking in both German and English (C2).
  • You have worked in a Start-Up, Software, or SaaS company before; logistics experience is a plus.
