What you will do

• Utilize clinical expertise to produce high-quality data and prompts for the data science team.
• Ensure AI models are clinically sound and effective for mental health solutions.
• Tag data and validate the performance of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Guarantee the product is tailored to the needs of clinicians.
• Directly impact users' experience and contribute to the data science team's work.

Requirements

• Active clinical license (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker) in Israel.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, assessment, and treatment.
• Tech-savviness and a strong interest in the intersection of technology and mental health.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI and prompt writing.
• Familiarity with the American mental health systems.
