Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 + stock options

What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional team to design, build, and grow new profitable products for US customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Research to define customer value propositions.
  • Act as an influential leader, fostering accountability and excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global's global peers to accelerate progress and leverage existing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Track record of building successful, customer-centric digital products in fast-growing companies.
  • Experience launching zero-to-one consumer products, ideally regulated (financial services, healthcare, or similar).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and improve products.
  • Ground thinking in data, facts, and insights, while being able to make quick decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse people and constructively influence colleagues.
