What you will do

• Own the overall strategy and roadmap for the AI platform and AI-driven products.
• Provide thought leadership and clear communication on product strategy and roadmap to the team and organization.
• Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency plans for the team.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, including coaching and mentoring, to do their best work.
• Help define and evolve hirify.global’s Product Management practice, especially for AI products.
• Work cross-functionally with executives, operations, and engineering to ensure AI platform initiatives align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Economics).
• At least 10 years of proven software Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading other Product Managers.
• Experience leading AI-enabled products, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, as well as conducting research with internal and external users.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to thrive as a world-class individual contributor at hirify.global.

• Prior experience working as a Software Engineer is a strong plus.

Hiring process

• First week: Get up to speed with organizational frameworks and current AI initiatives.
• First month: Become acquainted with your product area, refine strategy, and prioritize the roadmap.
• First three months: Take full ownership of the technology products domain, its strategy, and roadmap.
• First six months: Build a world-class Product Manager team and uplevel the team’s ability to brainstorm and execute.
• First year: Deliver on roadmap priorities and scale the team to meet growing business needs.
