What you will do

• Source and engage new sellers and brands across Europe through outreach, trade fairs, expert referrals, and organic sign-ups.
• Leverage data and tools to qualify leads and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Guide sellers through a seamless onboarding experience to ensure their success from day one.
• Ramp up high-potential sellers and transition them to the Account Manager for ongoing growth and support.
• Collaborate with in-house experts to build knowledge of Home Decor / Design & Vintage subcategories.
• Work closely with the Account Manager to align on category needs and build joint seller growth plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnership.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong sales mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills and confidence to close high-value opportunities.
• Problem-solving attitude with a structured and data-driven approach.
• Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or similar is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Italian, French, Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• A passion for interiors, design, or collecting.
