What you will do

  • Serve as a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance.
  • Manage a portfolio of 300 clients trading on the EBO platform.
  • Understand clients' business activities and FX needs to ensure hirify.global is their main platform for international trading and payments.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts, working with sales/commercial teams as appropriate.
  • Deal with live currency trade booking, banking information, and high value/volume payments with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • Spanish Fluency and English at a professional level.
  • Strong interest in client servicing and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize around daily deadlines in a busy client-facing environment.
  • Confidence in liaising between internal departments and directly with clients.
  • Commercial awareness to identify new opportunities and deal with numbers like exchange rates and profit margins.
  • Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving drive.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of FX and hirify.global's products.
