TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Partnerships): Joining the operations team to focus on partner acquisition, negotiation, and financial/legal support, with an accent on managing incoming partnership requests and integrating them into business processes. Focus on operational tasks related to DramaShorts, such as table management and ad-hoc requests from the product team.

Location: Onsite in Kyiv

What you will do

  • Business Development: find partners, negotiate, provide financial and legal support.
  • Partnerships tracking of incoming requests: manage new incoming proposals and their implementation in business processes.
  • Operations ad-hoc tasks: DramaShorts has many processes that require operational involvement. For example, working with tables and trackers, fulfilling ad-hoc tasks from the product team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Business Development or related fields.
  • Understanding of basic operational processes and principles of teamwork.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail: ability to dive into research, understand the topic and find the most relevant solutions.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2).

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Notion.
  • Experience in international organizations or companies (humanitarian, charitable, educational or business projects).
  • Specialized education (linguistics, international relations, journalism).
