• Participate in the processes and legal support of opening and closing processing accounts in acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Participate in negotiations with payment providers, banks, PSPs, card schemes, searching for a balance between commercial business goals and regulatory restrictions.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts with banks, PSPs, payment systems and other financial partners.
• Manage regulatory, fraud and chargeback risks in cooperation with compliance, risk and product teams.
• Explain complex legal and regulatory issues to business and technical teams and support the rapid scaling of products.

Требования

• Ability to work at the intersection of legal, product, compliance and tech.
• Practical, business-oriented approach to legal issues.
• Comfort in a dynamic environment with parallel tasks and deadlines.
• High level of responsibility and independence in decision-making, attention to detail.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Basic understanding of how payments work on the Internet.
