What you will do
- Lead the definition and execution of QA strategies for AI-based and classical software products.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Validate AI/ML models by assessing data quality, model behavior, accuracy, bias, and model drift across different environments.
- Monitor production systems, analyzing defects and anomalies.
- Act as a quality advocate, ensuring best QA practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in automated testing.
- Confident in leading QA initiatives and making technical decisions related to testing strategies and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience testing complex systems, including AI/ML-based solutions.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and quality gaps.
- Communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an international environment using Spanish on a daily basis and English at an intermediate level.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML model testing, validation, and monitoring in production environments.
- Knowledge of data quality assessment and bias detection techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and distributed systems.
- Previous experience on government, security, or large-scale public systems projects.
