What you will do

• Lead the definition and execution of QA strategies for AI-based and classical software products.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Validate AI/ML models by assessing data quality, model behavior, accuracy, bias, and model drift across different environments.
• Monitor production systems, analyzing defects and anomalies.
• Act as a quality advocate, ensuring best QA practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in automated testing.
• Confident in leading QA initiatives and making technical decisions related to testing strategies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience testing complex systems, including AI/ML-based solutions.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and quality gaps.
• Communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an international environment using Spanish on a daily basis and English at an intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML model testing, validation, and monitoring in production environments.
• Knowledge of data quality assessment and bias detection techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and distributed systems.
• Previous experience on government, security, or large-scale public systems projects.
