What you will do

• Lead a complex, multi-region implementation across IT and shared services.
• Own the roadmap, governance, and delivery approach for a global programme covering ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Finance.
• Oversee workstreams including process design, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across regions, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Lead a diverse global team of internal staff, contractors, and partners.
• Drive best practices in agile delivery and organisational change management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple global implementations.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on delivery capability.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as iManage, Intapp, Aderant, or Elite 3E.
• Experience within legal or broader professional services.
