• Understand customer goals by interacting directly, conducting research, and leveraging data.
• Design simple, predictable, and impactful user experiences from early ideation to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to bring product vision to life and deliver exceptional products.
• Move fast while maintaining attention to detail, iterating as necessary.
• Lead by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and encouraging continued learning.
• Contribute to evolving the Product Design culture at hirify.global.

Requirements

• Experience as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team, collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to achieve the best product experience.
• Natural curiosity about the product, customers, and wider market, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow.
• A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to design cohesive experiences across complex products.
• Pragmatism when it comes to using the right tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style.
