- Understand customer goals by interacting directly, conducting research, and leveraging data.
- Design simple, predictable, and impactful user experiences from early ideation to high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate directly with engineers to bring product vision to life and deliver exceptional products.
- Move fast while maintaining attention to detail, iterating as necessary.
- Lead by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and encouraging continued learning.
- Contribute to evolving the Product Design culture at hirify.global.
Requirements
- Experience as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to achieve the best product experience.
- Natural curiosity about the product, customers, and wider market, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow.
- A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to design cohesive experiences across complex products.
- Pragmatism when it comes to using the right tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style.
