What you will do

• Lead business development activities within a dedicated technology niche (Data, Cloud, or Projects & Change).
• Build talent pools of in-demand candidates.
• Cross-sell hirify.global solutions and identify opportunities for PSL and MSP supply.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and post-start support.
• Convert candidate relationships into client relationships.
• Become a subject matter expert and grow one of the key technology areas.
