Location: Hybrid in Chancery Lane, United Kingdom (4 days per week), but open to remote candidates in Europe.

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 plus bonus.

What you will do

• Define a hiring strategy in partnership with the leadership team.
• Build recruitment processes leveraging ATS, automation, and AI.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support CV screening, run initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Lead on sourcing and outreach for key hires.
• Feed back to the management team on market trends to influence people strategy.
