Location: This role is based in the USA, with an office in Mountain View, California. Location in the SF Bay Area or willingness to relocate there is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale a high-impact marketing organization, partnering with sales, product, and engineering.
• Define and own clear, differentiated positioning and company narrative for complex AI breakthroughs.
• Own product launches, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement for the Inworld family of products.
• Build and nurture a developer-first ecosystem through documentation, community, events, and advocacy.
• Build and operate a repeatable demand generation engine focused on high-quality pipeline.
• Establish category authority through high-impact technical content, benchmarks, case studies, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience at high-growth, early-stage startups or technical SaaS/infrastructure companies.
• Demonstrated track record of running major product launches that directly accelerated developer adoption and revenue growth.
• Experience scaling developer-first ecosystems and a deep understanding of usage-based business models.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and see constant market shifts as opportunities.
• Strong product or engineering background with the ability to design and implement technically driven growth systems.
• BA/BS degree or higher; technical degrees are a significant plus.
