What you will do

• Implement and manage SAP Solution Manager with hands-on experience in Build and Run capabilities.
• Configure and maintain System Setup, Managed System Configuration, System Monitoring, and Business Process Monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure smooth operations across SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality documentation, user guides, and training material.
• Support Basis activities including daily health checks, STMS, and background job monitoring.

Requirements

• 4–12 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager with expertise in SLD, LMDB, and Diagnostic Agent configurations.
• Hands-on experience in System Monitoring, CHaRM implementation, ITSM and F-Run, EWA configuration, and Wily Introscope installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with good knowledge of Basis activities and system administration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking; flexible to work during off-business hours when required.
